This website has been created to encourage you to seriously consider riding the Route 80X bus into downtown Tallahassee. The buses are timely, clean, comfortable, most have wi-fi, though some are a little noisy. The $1.25 fare is very affordable especially with gasoline prices not likely to be going south of the $3.50 mark (ouch). The 80X stops at the C.K. Steele Plaza and then continues onto the Koger Center and Southwood. The ride offers you time to read (most popular), work/surf on laptops, chat (we are a mobile community) or just sit and enjoy not driving.

  I will be adding a blog to this site that would allow the online community to add their own comments about the 80X. It would also allow users to add comments that might lead to carpooling opportunities to the bus stop, further reducing the amount of fuel consumed. Maybe even a poll to see who is the best driver; the most courteous, the most timely, or maybe the one that just "gets it done".
